Meditation Classes

Meditation Mondays in May

Join me and get your week off a great start with a gentle guided meditation session designed to relax the body and mind and usher in presence, peace and calm. 

No experience is necessary. This class is suitable for beginners or those with experience in meditation. 

Location: TBA.

Class time: 7:30 – 8:15pm each Monday in May, commencing on May 1st (i.e. Monday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th of May).

Cost: $15 per class, or pay upfront for five classes and receive one class for free ($60)! 

What to bring: Yoga mat, drink bottle and your favorite blanket.
